FitLog AI is an AI-powered fitness diary designed to help you log workouts through a simple chat or voice interface, track stats, personal records, and analyze fitness progress. The Service is available via web application and Telegram mini-app formats.
3. IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. FitLog AI is not a medical device, clinical diagnostic tool, professional coaching service, or a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. The AI-generated insights, plans, and instructions may contain errors, be inaccurate, or not suit your personal health condition, injuries, or medications. Do not rely on the Service for health or safety decisions. Always consult a qualified physician or certified trainer before beginning or altering any exercise or nutritional program. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain premium features require a paid subscription. Premium plans may be purchased using Telegram Stars or credit cards via our browser application. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be managed or cancelled at any time through the platform where the purchase was made.
5. User Conduct and Content
You are solely responsible for all data, text, voice recordings, and information you input into the Service. You agree not to input any offensive, unlawful, or harmful material, or attempt to disrupt the integrity and performance of the Service.

All content, software, logo designs, technology, and materials comprising FitLog AI are the intellectual property of FitLog AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITLOG AI AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
